Contact form and email delivery
The form asks for your name, email and/or WhatsApp number, and selected services. MedVency uses these details only to reply to your enquiry. With consent, submissions are emailed to medvency@gmail.com through Resend. The website does not save submissions in an application database. Please do not include sensitive medical information.
WhatsApp and hosting
If you open or send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp and its providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notice. Replit hosts the site and may process standard connection information to deliver pages.
Retention and requests
The retention period for contact emails and the process for access, correction and deletion requests must be confirmed by the owner before publication. Privacy questions can be sent to medvency@gmail.com.
